To personalize your coaching experience, we may invite you to optionally share information about how you think, focus, or learn best — such as if you identify as neurodivergent (e.g., ADHD, autism, dyslexia), or have specific support needs.

This information is voluntary and used only to help tailor guidance and recommendations to fit your preferences.
It is not shared externally, and it is not used for diagnosis or evaluation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver and improve the phae coaching experience
• Generate personalized outputs such as your DNA report, career paths, narratives, and action plans
• Tailor questions, content, and suggestions to your needs
• Analyze usage trends during the beta to improve the platform
• Communicate with you about your account, surveys, or new features

3. Use of AI Technology

phae uses trusted AI partners (such as OpenAI’s GPT or Anthropic’s Claude) to help generate coaching responses. Here’s how your data is handled:

• The AI only receives the information that Phae sends it in order to support your experience.
• It does not access your full profile, contact details, or any identifying information unless you explicitly share that in your session within the chat itself.
• These partners do not use your data to train their models.

4. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

phae uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain secure sessions
• Remember your settings and preferences
• Improve functionality and ease of use

We do not use cookies for advertising, marketing, or third-party sales.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

We do not sell your data. We only share it in these limited cases:

phae is currently in beta.
That means features may evolve, and data handling practices may be refined as we test and improve the platform.
